Success-based fee

Our main fee is charged only when your claim is resolved: a percentage of the amount recovered, plus taxes. We succeed only when you do.
Claims escalated to a legal forum (a Consumer Commission, the State or National Commission, or the Supreme Court) carry a separate legal representation fee, which we explain before any escalation.
